The; In The Spirit of Giving Foundation is getting #SeriouslySilly with our #RedNose today for this year's #RedNoseDay.
Red Nose Day is a fundraising campaign dedicated to helping children and ending poverty here in the United States and some of the poorest communities worldwide.
The annual #RedNoseDay Special will air tonight on NBC at 9 p.m.
