The core of the In The Spirit of Giving Foundationâ„¢ is its leadership team. Our leaders serve as the champions of our mission and ensure that the number of communities we serve grows.
Board of Trustees/Officers

Brian Feser - Founder; President; Board Chair

MILSPRAY‘s Chief Executive Officer and President is Brian Feser. Feser is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with 28 years of service serving both in the enlisted and officer ranks. He previously served as Vice President of International Business Operations for Textron Systems. Before being promoted, he served as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at Textron Marine & Land Systems and concurrently served as the Director of Afghanistan Operations fielding the mobile strike force armored vehicle for the Afghan National Army.

 

Feser believes in giving back of his time and his talents. He is the Founder, Chairman and President of In The Spirit of Giving Foundationâ„¢, Inc., which is MILSPRAY’s philanthropic arm. The Foundation's mission is to enhance the quality of life in the communities where we live, learn and work. We endeavor to make a meaningful difference by using our investments, influence, time and talent to develop and implement creative solutions.  His other philanthropic activities include the non-profit, United People for African Congress (UPAC), where he is Chairman of the Board. UPAC is based in Washington, DC, and its mission is to advocate for the rights of African nationals in the country, to empower them and increase public acknowledgement and respect. Brian also serves as vice-chair on the Board of Trustees for Pine Grove Church and Learning Center.

 

Feser holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources and Business Administration from Central Michigan University and a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. He holds a Certificate in Communications and Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management as well as a Certification in Law Enforcement from the University of Virginia. Brian is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) from American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS). He also earned his certificate in Executive Protection.

 

Brian has been married for 28 years to the former Ms. Elisa Wolinski. They have three children and one grandchild.

Marti Robinson, Esq. - Executive Director; Founding Member; Board Member

As Executive Director, Marti runs the day to day operations of the; In The Spirit of Giving Foundationâ„¢. Marti Robinson worked as a Securities Attorney at Wolf, Haldenstein, Adler, Freeman & Herz, LLP in NY, NY, for 10 years. In 2008, he chose to align his career with his passion for social justice assisting at-risk youth males in New Jersey’s urban areas. He accepted a position at the Family Development Center in Irvington, NJ, serving as the Essex County Program Coordinator of FELLAS -- Fathers Empowered to Learn, Lead, and Achieve Success, a 12-week curriculum, teaching fatherhood skills. After being recognized for his leadership as a social justice activist, Marti worked as a Case Manager for Youth Build in Newark, NJ, and was promoted to his current position as the Community Engagement Specialist for the Newark Public Schools System. Marti is a dual-career professional, sharing his experience and talents in both the sacred and secular communities.  In January 2013, he was appointed as the Pastor of Bethel A.M.E. Church in Passaic, NJ.

 

Marti holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with a dual major in Sociology and English from Rutgers University, and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. In 2010, he earned his Masters of Divinity Degree from the New Brunswick Theological Seminary (NBTS), NJ. Later this year, he will pursue his Doctoral Degree in Ministry at United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. 

Elisa Feser - Founding Member; Board Member

Elisa has served as the Director of the Pine Grove Early Learning Center since 2004, the center is a mission of the Pine Grove United Methodist Church. Elisa was instrumental in the building of a new 10,000 square foot childcare facility that employs 20 staff and is able to accommodate the 180 plus children who are in need of care. She has served over 8 years on the Board of Trustees for the Church as well as on the Education Board for the center. Elisa has dedicated her adult life to taking care of children in the sacred community as well as in secular communities throughout the United States. Elisa teaches Sunday School for the youth in the congregation and works on numerous mission related church activities and trips. She began her career serving as a teacher to Hawaiian native youth at Laura Morgan Preschool in Hawaii; later she served as Director of Minnieland Preschool; as well as Director of the La Petite Academy in Woodbridge, Virginia. Elisa hold’s numerous accreditation's in her field and is recognized as an innovator in developing and nurturing children from all backgrounds.

 

Elisa holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Child Psychology from Towson University and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Troy State University. She holds numerous certificates and licenses in Early Childhood Education from State and Federal Agencies. Elisa has been married for 28 years to Brian Feser a career Army soldier. They have three children and one grandchild.     

John Simpson - Founding Member; Board Member

John Simpson is currently a Senior Program Manager for Textron Services Support Solutions (TSSS). As a Senior Program Manager, John is responsible for the the promotion of Cross Textron programs throughout the global market arena. John's key focus is on Textron contracts in the Middle East which includes: Textron Aviation (Cessna, Beechcraft), Bell Helicopter and Marine and Land Systems (MLS) vehicles. Simpson has worked on key contracts including issuing a combat vehicle, the Mobile Strike Force Vehicle (MSFV), to the Afghanistan National Army (ANA) and the King Air 350 ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance) aircraft to the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF). John is a retired US Army officer with 24 years of logistics experience with assignments in Germany, Iceland, Korea, and Saudi Arabia.

 

John holds a Masters Degree from Naval Postgraduate School in Logistics Management and a Bachelor of Science Degree with a dual major in Business and Finance/Economics from Mount Saint Mary’s College. He also participated as an Intern with the Rand Organization which focused on Velocity Management.

Senior Advisors

Chantel Robinson - Senior Advisor; Founding Member

Chantel Robinson has years of leadership experience in marketing, project management and brand development. She is the VP of Administrative Operations for MILSPRAY Military Technologiesâ„¢ where she has responsibility for Human Resources, Marketing and Communications. Since joining MILSPRAYâ„¢ in 2011, she has increased MILSPRAY’s exposure within the Department of Defense while leading technology demonstrations at the Pentagon, the Army Rapid Equipping Force (REF), the US Marine Corps Expeditionary Forward Operating Base (Ex-FOB) and other high profile military events. Under her leadership in 2014, the company launched the Emerging Leaders Internship Program, with the goal of developing the next generation of corporate leaders through internship and mentoring opportunities. Over fifteen (15) students have participated in the program with three (3) accepting full time positions and six (6) active students interns in various positions from marketing, engineering and research and development.  Our student interns are making meaningful impacts on our business, and will continue to do so through their college studies and internships.

 

Chantel earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in International Business both from Seton Hall University.

Dennis Ilomuanya - Marketing Specialist; Founding Member

Dennis Ilomuanya has over five years of graphic, interactive, and advertising design and is a Founding Member at the; In The Spirit of Giving Foundationâ„¢. Currently, he is a Marketing Specialist for the; In The Spirit of Giving Foundationâ„¢ and MILSPRAY Military Technologiesâ„¢ where he handles creation of video editing, website maintenance, and collateral design. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic, Interactive and Advertising Design from Seton Hall University located in South Orange, NJ.

Natalie Adis - Founding Member

Natalie Adis has several years of digital/social media marketing, project management, and public relations experience. She has experience in social media strategic planning, digital public relations, and website management. Natalie is the Founder and Owner of the Digital Marketing Agency, Social Splash Guru. She is a Speaker, Hootsuiteâ„¢ Ambassador and Google Partner who remains an active participant as a Subject Matter Expert in Digital Marketing within the industry. She is also a published thought leader in articles such as Zazzle Media’s, “Expert Tips for Impactful Content Distribution" and Creative Click Media's "15 Social Media Hacks for the Business Newbie from the Pros."

 

She holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities (Spanish Studies) and a Master of Business Administration in Global Marketing from Georgian Court University located in Lakewood, NJ.

Emily Nicol - Development Coordinator; Founding Member

Emily Nicol is a Founding Member and Development Coordinator for the; In The Spirit of Giving Foundationâ„¢. Currently, Emily creates content for all social media platforms, coordinates layouts for marketing collateral, and organizes the organization's electronic database. Emily attended Ocean County College located in Toms River, NJ and graduated in May 2016 with an Associate’s degree in Business. She is currently continuing her education at Kean University to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Psychology.

Virginia Araoz - Founding Member

Virginia Araoz is a Founding Member for the; In The Spirit of Giving Foundationâ„¢. Virginia assists with writing creative content, community outreach, and  maintenance of the organization's electronic database.  She currently attends Seton Hall University located in South Orange, NJ and is expected to graduate in the Fall of 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in both Behavioral and Social Sciences, and African American History with a concentration in Sociology.
